Oh yes, Vince, she is the Queen of Cool. Ginny, you are so right. Life is for treats and leaps and good naps - for cats. For their persons, it's the same as the Los Angeles Police Department: "To protect and to serve".
Charles, that;s not just any old parquet. It's parquet over the furnace room so it's always warm on the bare feet.
